Established in 1946 Modelerie Chateauguay was able to build an excellent reputation in the field of toolings for cast pieces from various metals and prototypes of all kinds. With a team having over 100 years of experience, we are able to handle all of our clients specific needs.

Whether it’s from drawings or 3D Files or from an artistic concept, we are able to realize projects within the time frame or deadlines, and at the same time we also pay particular attention to the finishing of our products.

We are a licensed holder of MASTERCAM, a powerful computer

assisted program. If you do not have a 3D file and your project

requires it, we are able to realize the concept in house, in order to

produce the tooling required.

We own two millings machines with travels of 42’’ x 22’ ’x 24’’ (XYZ) and

automatic tools changer. Also, our workshop is entirely equipped to handle

wood and metal work.

We realize a wide range of patterns or molds, from the smallest to the largest in wood various poured resins, match-plates, metal or even high density styrofoam (for small productions).
